Bill Lowen advanced to the Federation National Championship at Harris Chain of Lakes, Florida
Billy Lowen for the past several years has been competing in the Elite Series and has advanced to the Bassmaster Classic a few times, making him ANOTHER KBF member to make the Bassmaster Classic.
